Material Take Off

Before a vendor can bid for or begin a construction project, they need to understand the types and quantities of the various materials required to finish it. this is often to ensure a correct estimate of the costs and material requirements, and also to provide a sign of the labour costs related to the installation or construction of the materials. This process is known as material take off (MTO), construction takeoff, or just as takeoff. It’s an important part of a project estimation process.
